Before he became a name known across the tattoo world, Manjeet Singh used to be simply a young boy filling his notebooks with sketches. Art was his first language, a quiet way to make sense of the world around him. What started out as curiosity quickly became passion and passion became purpose. He had spent his youthful days creating colourful film banners and large murals, learning how colour and emotion come alive together. Manjeet worked with Art Group Studio, Art and Art and Chitrakala from 1993 to 1998. Manjeet left working with banner painting in 2000 and started his own career as a Painter and started doing Canvas Paintings, Graffiti in showrooms, and painting the Kids' rooms. After working as a painter for more than a decade, in 2005 Manjeet got influenced by Tattoos and wanted to inscribe his art on the skin, and he got into tattooing. Manjeet discovered a living canvas - human skin, and tattooing became his way to blend art, emotion, and storytelling in a single frame.

He learnt the craft mostly through patience and humility, always convinced that each tattoo teaches something new. Nearly two decades later, his work has reached people from across India and beyond, and every design bears a part of his soul.

Today, Manjeet runs a tattoo studio in Delhi, Manjeet Tattooz, which is not just a studio but a reflection of his life’s work, where art becomes meaningful and every tattoo tells a story worth wearing forever.
